From interviews with HR Managers and management teams, Aalund learned that there was a need for a new measuring and reporting concept.
In traditional staff surveys, the HR department delivers the results to managers individually, who then develop a plan of action with their staff.
Aalund’s Organisation Dialogue provides active employee involvement throughout the process. We shift focus from measurement to dialogue and initiative.
