During the preparations for the survey, Aalund explained the chain of events and procedure in a very detailed plan. We got very clear info what they need from us for database, translations etc. So we could plan everything nicely even if we had very busy times in the company at that time.

Survey preparations didn’t cause any extra stress, because of the good and smooth co-operation with Aalund. They were there for us when we needed their advice. We did all according to our agreed plan.

Survey results were very good – they showed us something that we otherwise could have only guessed. Aalund’s great tool worked very well and it was easy to use – user-friendly is the right word to describe the tool.
