B2B-salary scale for interviewers Denmark

A. You are placed on the salary scale after 14 days employment.

B. The salary can be regulated up or down carry on unchanged based on the performance in the previous month.

C. The parameters for regulation are different for the three types of interviewers:

  • High-end
  • High-performing
  • Well-trained

 

HIGH-END:                         150 DKK -> 160 DKK -> 170 DKK

  • Special skills (e.g. for dialog)
  • Efficiency (e.g. number of interviews per hour / high response rate; attendance etc.)
  • Volume per month (number of interviews delivered per month)
  • Helpfulness (e.g. colleagues, team or general)

 

HIGH-PERFORMING:     140 DKK -> 150 DKK -> 160 DKK

  • Volume per month (number of interviews delivered per month)
  • Response rates
  • Number of interviews per hour (in relation to project type)
  • Helpfulness (e.g. colleagues, team or general)

 

WELL-TRAINED:              110 DKK -> 115 DKK -> 120 DKK -> 125 DKK -> 130 DKK

  • Volume per month (number of interviews delivered per month)
  • Response rates
  • Number of interviews per hour (in relation to project type)
  • Helpfulness (e.g. colleagues, team or general)

 

COACH-BONUS:             5 DKK per hour

COURSE:                           110 DKK (max. 50 hours)
