Customer Monitor has been developed specifically for accounting firms focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in collaboration with the national audit associations in the Nordic countries.
Customer Monitor enables accounting firms to obtain knowledge of their 100 most important customers’ experience of their collaboration and thereby strengthen the relationship and reduce customer churn.
The accountancy can also compare their own results over time with the industry as a whole and with the best and worst performing firms.
Customers participate through online interviews and remain anonymous.
Only the company itself and Aalund have access to the survey results.
The product is flexible in that the companies have the option of ordering additional questions and themes, can define how they would like the results to be broken down and can include more than 100 customers in the survey.
