ICM is an internal communication survey in the form of an efficient and user-friendly online tool that is designed to improve an organisation’s internal communication.
ICM is based on interviews with employees and managers that are conducted online. ICM can be used for large, comprehensive surveys as well as smaller, partial surveys of an urgent nature. An organisation’s internal communications can, for example, be examined on the basis of the following five central internal communication themes:
- Internal communication as a whole
- Senior management’s communication
- Managers’ communication
- Ability to communicate the company’s strategy and goals
- Ability to communicate the company’s change projects.
