We took part in Aalund's Customer Monitor in order to get an independent measurement of our customer’s satisfaction, and saw it as a bonus that the survey also gave us a comparison possibility with our competitors in the business.

In the survey we had our strengths confirmed for us, but we also got an insight into areas that we could improve. Aalund were easy to work with throughout the whole process- right from when we delivered the necessary contact information and documentation through to when they gave us our completed report along with an analysis of our results.
